Refund policy

Returns to UK customers are charged at £3.50 when using our return service unless specified.
We do not offer free returns on international orders.
Return your item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Refunds apply to product price only, we do not refund shipping costs.
We only accept returns when the product has the original labels and tags.
All products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure safe packaging so it doesn’t get damaged on the way.
In the event of an item being returned in an unsuitable condition, we will send the item back to your original address. Once a rejected return is returned back to the customer and the return closed we will no long take responsibility if ship on. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not allowed to issue refunds to different cards/accounts
